The New Forest
South

Following a detailed legal process and a robust selection process we are proud to have been awarded a Tier 1 provider for Hampshire county council and have since, introduced our newest office to the fleet, located right on the busy high street of New Milton!

Being a rural area and unlike any other location we have ever covered before (A forest!!!) our management team have taken the challenge and galloped there way forward… opening up rounds in Ringwood, Lymington, Pennington, New Milton, Barton On Sea, Milford On Sea, Sway and many other surrounding areas.

Our Care Assistants are offered electrical bikes to cycle their way through this beautiful part of Hampshire, reducing pollution and also beating that summer traffic through Lyndhurst. Perhaps our only next challenge in our delightful New Forest Office, is to introduce horse riding to work…

Pop in and say Hi when you are passing next, we love to hear from the community and our following management team are always here to offer our expert information and advice.

To ensure a more robust approach that can deliver high quality and timely care and support to residents in Hampshire, the county has been divided into 15 geographical zones.

In each zone there will be one tier 1provider who HCC will work closely with for the tier 1 provider to be able to respond to the majority of requests for packages of care.

We are very excited to announce that Enthuse Care has been awarded a Tier 1 provider in the New Forest South.

These services very much focus on a strength-based approach and we will now be working very closely with Hampshire County Council to enable independence as much as possible.

Meet The Team

Sarah Eaves,
Care Manager & Coordinator

I previously worked for the Ambulance Service in the Control room as a Call advisor, Assistant Pathways Trainer and Auditor.

Although I enjoyed life at the Ambulance Service i decided that I would like a role where I was able to deal with people directly which led me to Enthuse Care. I initially started at Enthuse Care as a Field Supervisor where I spent a couple of months assisting with care calls in Southampton for their Retainer Team whilst waiting for the opening of the New Forest Office. When the New Forest office opened I alongside a small team of (2) began delivering care to the people of the New Forest. Shortly after this I was promoted to Care Manager and have enjoyed seeing our office here in the New Forest grow on a day by day basis. I am looking forward to seeing Enthuse New Forest continue to grow and maintaining the relationships built with various outside agencies that enable us to offer and deliver the highest standards of care to our Service users.

Lydia Mintrim,
Supervisor

After studying Health & Social Care at college, where I volunteered in multiple healthcare settings, I decided I would like to proceed with a job in the care industry…

which led me to Enthuse Care. I started off as a carer (a role which I really enjoyed) and was then approached by my care manager who offered me the position of Office Senior. I enjoyed doing this as I still had a mixture of office time and care calls. During this time, I assisted my Care Manager, Sarah in building up our new office in the New Forest with a great team and increasing service users and it was then I was offered the position of Supervisor. A role which I am very much enjoying and wish to continue to learn more about the care industry each day.
