End of Year Bonus

All Care Partners are rewarded an end of year bonus. The bonus will be made up of residual profit after all costs. The share of excess profits will be announced beginning of every December and paid into January’s pay. The amount you will be paid is based on the number of hours you do throughout the year. So, remember, the more hours you do, the more bonus you receive!

Employee of the Month/Year

Your Supervisors and Seniors will monitor your work ethic and behaviour to enable the care team to choose an outstanding member of staff for our ‘Employee of The Month’, every month.

Not only will you be awarded with a delicious box of chocolates, but you will also have your name placed in our raffle, where we are giving away a  'One Week, all inclusive beach holiday, for two!' to ONE lucky winner!
How it will work... each 'Employee Of The Month' will have there name placed in our raffle, which will be drawn in December. So, that means there are 12 opportunity's to win that holiday & The more 'Employee Of The Month' awards you receive, the more odds you have on winning!

Christmas Club

The Christmas club is a way of staff to save throughout the year. You can elect to contribute a fixed amount each month into your Christmas Club and you are able to take this at the end of the year ready for your Christmas spending! Advance interest fees from all Care Partners will also be contributed to the Christmas club fund and spread proportionally between staff as an extra bonus on top of their savings!


We hold regular Care Partner competitions, such as our ‘Hours Most Worked’…The Care Partner to have worked the most hours each month will be put in to a raffle. In December, the raffle will be drawn and the staff member to be pulled out of the hat will win a prize. The more hours worked, the bigger the prize.

Staff Parties

Our legendary summer parties, hosted in venues such as Orange Rooms and Tiger Tiger, are definitely not to be missed! We also host a variety of small get togethers throughout the year such as afternoon teas and BBQs.
But the fun doesn’t stop there. We also take part in fundraising for charity’s such as Macmillan, Cancer Research, Children In Need, Comic Relief and Parkinson’s Awareness Week with coffee mornings, muddy races and managers getting pied in the face… everyone is welcome!

QCF Level 2,3 & Nursing

All Care Partners are enrolled on to complete their NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, plus once enrolled, you are eligible for an NUS card enabling you to receive student discounts across a wide range of highly recognised high street brands. This is a free qualification and there will be chances to enrol on to complete your NVQ Level 3 and so on, should you progress within the company.

Want to progress your career in care with us further? How does a ' NURSING ASSOCIATE ' or an ' ASSISTANT PRACTITIONER ' sound? The ONLY way to skip Student fees as University and EARN WHILST YOU LEARN!! If becoming a NURSE is your ambition, we hold the gateway to the most convenient and enjoyable way of doing so!


Internal progression is pushed and encouraged. In fact- not one single member of our team hasn’t been a Care Partner at some stage in their career with Enthuse! From Senior Carers to Supervisors and from Business Administrators to Care Managers- we will always look to actively promote within!

Benefits Booklet and Monthly Newsletters

We are in regular contact with our Care Partners and send out monthly newsletters to keep everyone in the loop with what’s going on, for example company development and new Care Partners coming on board! We also issue a yearly Benefits Booklet which includes exclusive discount for things such as Virgin Experience Days, Electrical Bikes, Local Restaurant’s and lots more!
